Improving discoverability for competitive keywords and phrases in app stores, as well as bolstering conversion rates after being found were the key mission objectives when Dine4Fit came to us looking for ASO expertise. Achieving better top 50 placements, increased keyword rankings, and growing organic downloads were among the main KPIs we set out to meet with a comprehensive mobile campaign that did not disappoint.
Another important objective was to increase app ratings and reviews number. We help them design, implement and optimize reputation management platform and deliver weekly rating growth by 179% on Android.
Taking a holistic approach we deployed a strategy from a variety of angles. Having the knowledge about what users were complaining about, we were able to match user requirements with the app development roadmap and then fix the things users didn’t like. That optimization was a driver to retention optimization and even more positive reviews. It also helps get more organic downloads and increase conversion in app stores.
